Christmas Decorations

These adorable decorations are super fun and quick to make, they look great as a garland or as individual decorations.

The jumpers and Long Johns are made seamlessly top-down with raglan increases. The hat is made in one piece also top-down.

The Fair Isle effect on jumpers, buttons of Long Johns and snowflakes on hats are embroidered after wards.

Please note that pattern is written using UK terminology with US conversion given in abbreviation list.

The pattern is written with picture tutorial for embroidery.

Materials

Sirdar Happy Cotton DK - 100% cotton,

43 m / 47 yrd to 20 g

I have used above yarn, but any DK yarn will be fine to use for this project, taking into account that different fibres result in different finished effect. 1 ball of Happy Cotton will make one jumper and a hat without pompom.

Colour A - 4 x Lippy 789

Colour B - 2 x Dolly 761

Small amount of black DK yarn for embroidery on

Long Johns.

3.00 mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain tension.

5 x removable markers.

Tapestry needle.

Finished size

The finished jumper in length measures 8 cm (3 in), Long Johns 13 cm (5 in) and the hat 4 cm (1.5 in) without pompom.
